Besides the online take-back system, TEXAID also offers to operate in-store take-back collection for used textiles and shoes at fashion retailers or brands point of sale. Where necessary, TEXAID provides the administrative services for the proper registration of collections.
Based on the requirements of the fashion retailer or brand, sales and marketing measures such as discount vouchers can be integrated in the online as well as in the offline take-back system.

Depending on fashion retailer or brand requirements, items can be resold through TEXAIDs own B2C retail channels and/or through B2B wholesale channels. For items not fitting to be put on the secondhand market, TEXAID provides different recycling solutions.
